Apprentices must understand how courtesy, clear communication, and reliability build trust with customers and ensure their confidence in the work being performed. This module introduces the skills needed to interact professionally with customers, manage expectations, and handle concerns with respect and diplomacy. By developing these abilities, apprentices will be better prepared to represent themselves and their company in a positive, professional manner.
